- App: Mission Control MRI Simulation, a VR simulation with audiovisual storytelling.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE APP INVOLVES TRANSMISSION OF YOUR DATA OVER NETWORKS THAT WE DO NOT CONTROL AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, ALTERED OR INTERCEPTED YOUR DATA.
YOU MAY HAVE STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW AND NOTHING IN THE AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO AFFECT THOSE RIGHTS.
7. Virtual Reality Use

These TOS are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The courts located in the Province of Quebec, Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction with regards to any dispute arising out or in connection with these TOS.
